Can I cancel coaching at anytime?


Yes! you will just have to inform Katie that you wouldn't like to continue the monthly subscription for the following month in advance - before your initial start up payment date.




Can Katie train me if I'm a beginner and don't know much?


Yes! Katie trains people of all fitness levels and abilities, may that be beginner or advanced.
